What do you like best about Stamped?

Stamped has a free plan, so if you have less than 50-100 orders per month you can use a great review tool at no cost. However, when business is growing it is very much worth upgrading. Customer support is 5-star, I had some small issue with the code during implementation and I got immediate help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Stamped?

The features that Stamped offers on a basic plan are exactly what our business needs. When we upgraded to add coupons and more reviews each month, our responses and reviews went up significantly.

Most companies charge a couple hundred dollars per month for these services, and while we understand that the work that goes into these tools sometimes warrants the high prices, the actual value for a small business doesn't make that pricing feasible. Sampled, on the other hand, brings a valuable asset to our brand without gouging us. They also have an incredible, responsive customer support team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stamped?

The Stamped reviews widget takes a little longer to load on our product pages than other elements. There are a few aspects of stamped that are difficult to navigate or things that you'd expect to be integrated automatically but need to be done manually. The layout of the dashboard can be a bit confusing, and sometimes information (like the queue of emails to be sent, or the list of already-sent emails) doesn't load super fast—at one point, I thought emails weren't going out, because there was absolutely nothing in our queue, but I think it was just a loading issue. Additionally, new or changed products in our WooCommerce store don't get automatically updated to Stamped, so we have to contact support to get our product list updated. So overall, you just have to have some patience learning how to use the tools and working with them. But once things are set up they run very smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Stamped?

It has a free plan and very helpful staff. Its easy to use and is intuitive. It has many features including AI and reward programmes aswell as refferal programs, however I havent tried all of them yet. The integration was easy and when encountered a problem the staff was helpful. I use it everyday to check on reviews. Implementation was also easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The app is pretty easy to work with.

Automated emails are sent to customers requesting reviews, they're editable and possible to be multilingual.

Everytime I've consulted the support team they've solved my questions very fast and helped me going through some steps.
