So far, I haven’t encountered major issues. I'd like to be able to more than one project at once. SuperAnnotate and SME-work.ai focus on their clients, and they don't tolerate low quality, so I understand why it's uncommon to do multiple projects simultaneously. It's very easy and intuitive to do annotation on super annotate.

The provide very clear communication and easy to understand interface where we can do the annotation. I have done LLM hallucination annotation on SuperAnnotate which was quite easy to do. Recently I have done LLM training annotation which was quite simple. This programme makes the process of annotating video both easy and fun. I got the hang of how to use this programme in about 10 minutes. The work box provided gives prompts that allow all of the required information to be provided in full, and the insert time button makes putting in time codes very easy. I also make great use of the tracking feature, moving the slider frame by frame to identify exactly where scene changes happen and what they are. I have been using supperannotate for various projects like VQA, dens captioning and i founded very user friendly. Specially for VQA the cropping of images from the text file provided is very smooth and quality of the cropped image is very clear. As there is nothing I can see bad from superannotate platform, but sometimes it lags and also get hanged in cropping images and labeling it. Rest all things are best. Superannotate make it easier for large files to be seen in one dashboard. It is so easy to use that any one can easily work on it without going through any technical courses.
