Our account executive, Alex, has been nothing short of amazing! She is highly responsive and helps to quickly identify the resources that can help us with our varied requests. We have worked with multiple Workday consultants at Surety (Payroll, Time Tracking/Absence, Benefits and Talent). All have been very knowledgeable in their areas and have provided invaluable support when we really needed it. Everyone at Surety is friendly and easy to work with. Surety has provided experienced resources with in depth expertise in the areas they have supported us. These folks have integrated in our existing teams almost immediately without interruption. Everytime resources have been needed, Surety has been able to provide us with multiple well qualified people to meet with prior to making a staffing decision. Our choices have come to us with a wealth of knowledge, the ability to get up to speed fast, and a knack for assimilating quickly to the style of our team and business users. The Surety team is easy to work with. We simply call our acoount manager and give him a summary of the needs and timeline and he searches for and engages the constultants that best fit our needs.
