In as much as Laravel gets most of the praise for being the face of PHP development, it is noteworthy how much it owes this to Symfony. Additionally, Symfony is very well documented and makes it easy to get into for PHP developers Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Symfony?

Recent PHP 8 support on the Symfony 6 hasn't been good. I have had to tear down and restart projects countless times because of PHP versioning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Symfony?

I like its user interface. I have build Food management application in the symphony. I like its fast working. Symphony is good to build management type of systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The thing I have disliked is its database management. Some times it becomes complex to handle large databases. There is not a proper way to handle create fields and tables from the Front end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Symfony solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am building the attendance management system through symphony. This framework is very helpful and abstract. The Documentation is very helpful. but for the third party apps this is not very useful and not have enough documentation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
