What do you like best about Salesforce Maps?

I appreciate how Salesforce Maps optimizes salespeople's routes, which has significantly improved efficiency in point-of-sale execution. Previously, routes were created manually and were very inefficient. Now, with the capability for prior analysis and route selection, better organization and planning of visits have been achieved. What do you dislike about Salesforce Maps?

I find that the process of customer segmentation is difficult because the setup guides are somewhat outdated and do not show exactly what to do. Additionally, the user interface is not optimized to visualize a large number of points that the customer needs, which requires improvements to display customer groups instead of individual points. This is crucial for conducting a more detailed analysis.
