We get all things in one place from sending quote to placing order.

It also provide tracking of order like order is released or in what stage which give clear information to user and make their life simple.

Multiple feature and filter is also their to sort the whole data.

As part of an organization that uses Q2C (Quote to Cash) method for Order Processing, I appreciate the integration that SAP Byd offers. Every step is covered and directly connected to the next and creates a very nice flow of Information through the system.

SAP BYD starts assisting the user at the Sales end where the receipt of a Customer inquiry, raising a quote and creating a Sales Order each get a separate work centre. It then leads to the Purchasing side, which includes Project planning, Materials Management, RFQ and Purchase Orders management. Then finally, at each step of the process (both Sales and Purchasing) the Accounting end is always tracking every movement of Goods & Services, Finances and Data to back the movement, helping in creating the weekly, monthly, and yearly Financial Statements. Specifically for HCM module, where payroll and compensation processes are not supported by the ByD system. Those processes are really needed to be scoped for all LOB. Due to this gap, suggested to get into the 3rd party integration with this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The user-friendly interface is what I like the most about this system. Also, it is interlinked in such a manner that it covers almost every module together. For business requirements, You can add custom developments fields. SAP provides one functionality with an option to raise an incident where you can set the priority also. Sometimes you have to spend some extra time entering the data manually; if by any chance you forgot to save the information that time, it is more frustrating because you need to do the same thing again and again. Many points are there to dislike. The first one is the limitation in creating PO. We can't generate more than 100 lines, also the same in sales order. It's not easy to link with other applications and not user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
