What do you like best about Sawyer?

One of the standout features I appreciate most about the Sawyer scheduling program is its user-friendly interface—both for families and administrators. It simplifies the registration process, allowing parents to sign up quickly, view class availability in real-time, and manage their bookings with ease.

From an administrative perspective, I love how streamlined and flexible the platform is. Whether I’m updating camp descriptions, adjusting rosters, issuing refunds, or creating custom schedules, the tools are intuitive and efficient. Sawyer also allows us to clearly organize offerings by time blocks (AM/PM sessions), age group, or activity type, which helps families make informed choices.

Additionally, I value the communication tools integrated into the system—being able to send automated reminders, updates, and receipts saves time and ensures parents stay informed.

Overall, Sawyer is intuitive on both the customer-facing and admin sides. The platform is easy to work with, and anytime I've had questions, their support team has been incredibly fast to respond (a lot of the time I get a response that feels almost immediate).They have almost always answered my question the first time, and that is what makes their customer service great.
