I really like the tool. It's a little clunky and could use some UI improvements, but overall, it gets the job done and it helps me expedite a lot of things that are easy stuff to do that I'd usually pass on to a rookie in a matter of minutes. This tool is used daily by my agency. It's easy enough to set up if you have backend access to a client's website and integrating with Google tools is pretty easy as well. As the title suggests, their customer support is severely lacking. If you're able to get past the chat bot and talk to a real person, they'll try to help, but the level 1 support person is so extremely limited in how they can help you often end up with your issue escalated and not knowing when, or if, you're actually going to get a reply on an issue. They also don't do a great job communicating new account features and updates to their top-tier subscribers. They are very much profits first and customers second.
