I booked tickets through Seat Geek because it was cheaper than any other ticketing website. However when I got to the event, the ticket takers told me that my tickets did not work/the venue was overbooked. The venue still let me in as I had a valid ticket after some troubles, and seat geek gave me a refund as well, so I was happy with their resolution. They will take your money for an event and then lock you out of your account preventing you from accessing. They tell you that you have to contact support and when you do you are told it will take HOURS for them to send you an email to resent your password and then NOTHING comes.
