The customization, being able to edit invoice templates to our liking and save multiple templates was great. Also one of the best features was the customer portal where customers could log in to view the status of their jobs, review invoices and submit work order requests. We operate in 3 different time zones, and unfortunately we had to open 3 separate Service Fusion accounts, one for each time zone, which turned out to be a hassle having to switch between each account depending on where the customer requesting service was from. It also got to the point where we had so many work orders in the system that doing searches to try and find a job or invoice was taking too long. It got to a point where we had to move on from Service Fusion for that reason. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
