What do you like best about Setmore?

I like that the app is able to notify my clients of when we are scheduled to come out. I also like that I am able to see my staff calendars and I get notifications when they make changes to their schedule Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Setmore?

I don't like that I am not able to upload pictures to out booking page I think that this would be a great feature to have on the app since it allows clients to see our work before booking an appointment Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Setmore?

What do you dislike about Setmore?

I do not like getting booted off the system on my computer whenever I try to set an appointment with a patient. I am thinking about leaving setmore. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Setmore?

We love the ability to see all the staff's appts either by the day or by the week. it runssmoothly and responds quickly, and the customer and staff notification options are excellent. We especially like the ability for the customer to cancel, reschedule or book new appts directly from the confirmation email that the customer recevies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Setmore?

That Teleport does not support virtual backgrounds. We are using zoom instead because of this. We also don't like that when we change or add to an appt in any way, the only notification option available to send to the customer is one that says their appt has been rescheduled, even though it has not. "I like it but it still feels a little clunky, b/c not every works smoothly…. Yet"
What do you like best about Setmore?

I love how easy it is to have clients book rather than doing it myself. I have gained a ton of time back and because of the text reminders I have might have 1 no show every 4-6 months. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Setmore?

I wish when adding staff that I could still send people to the original webpage and then you could chose your staff. I hate that I had to change my link and not use the one I have for years. I know you can book on the regular one but it fills both schedules and clients can't pick who they want to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Setmore?

I love that it's free to use software. I also love that I have an easy to use access link that brings me directly to a dedicated page for entering new items on my schedule. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think the software does what it does very well. I do not have any dislikes about it. Cosmetically, I think it could use better color profiles that will help users find their way around while providing better user experience from the updated feel of the sofware. What do you like best about Setmore?

Easy for students to make appointments. Like the video chat intergration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Setmore?

Not easy to move appointments. Wish we could easily resend appointment reminders or set up more than one reminder. Wish we could tell if the client has seen the reminder. Make it easier to add video conferencing...ie when a student can't make it in person, just hit the button for video. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
