A lot of systems come and go, and usually you have to integrate other things to make it work, which isn't bad, but with ShipBob I have found that not only can you integrate them, but you can do it quickly. On top of that, besides the basics, you might not need to do it because it's super easy to get online, and my support team finds it to be super helpful for their frequent usage, and when we have issues, being able to identify what happened + getting suggestions, steps, and even direct links to where the issue is, has allowed up multiple times to solve our these right away in an easy way. The system can be a bit heavy and take a while, and while it doesn't require us to log in for everything thanks to their systems being so organized, it can take a while to get used to it.
