What do you like best about Webexpenses?

It is an easy tool that provides a great solution for expenses. It allows you to track progress of approval and what is best is that you can compile the claims on the go! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thank you for your feedback, when attendees are a mandatory requirement for a category, it will automatically populate the fist attendee as the person creating a claim. However, there is an administrators setting within the category that can allow attendees to be optional and if that is set then the fields need to be competed. You can add your favorite attendees in your My Settings area of your account which can speed completion of this up for you. I use Webexpenses as part of my company's finance process to submit and track business-related expenses. Primarily for uploading receipts, logging mileage, and submitting claims for approval after work travel or client meetings. That you can submit your expenses right away using the app extension on your phone, that way you always make sure no receipts get lost, as you can upload them right away.

The app, could use with perhaps a tutorial on how to submit your expenses for new users. I remember it took me a while trying to submit my first expense as I didn't know where I should be uploading my receipts, where to write my justifications etc.

What do you like best about Webexpenses?

I can help people easily by proxying in as them to see what they see. The credit card transaction report is helpful in my role and allows me to see clearly who has what outstanding so I can focus on getting them cleared. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webexpenses?

Support are, to be honest, not very helpful. Our claims have been failing in the integration tool which we have been told for the past year now is going to be fixed with still no end in sight. Claims being "fixed" by the support team are actually incorrect and pulling through into our finance system (Sage 200 and 50) with incorrect figures. Constantly being told that what I would say is a relatively simple request (uploading budget codes in a batch compared to creating manually one by one) is not possible but I can submit this as a feature request. We have also had occasions where the receipts people have uploaded have just disappeared into thin air, resulting in unhappy users contacting us to complain. Overall a horrible service that I can't in good faith recommend to anyone. Go with SAP Concur instead and save the headache! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Makes my life easier. I used to hate doing expenses, but with Webexpenses it’s quite quick and straightforward. I can upload receipts on the go, track everything in one place, and it takes way less time than it used to. It’s just one less thing to worry about during a busy week.
