What do you like best about SimpleTix?
We’ve been using Simpletix for approximately six years, and from the very beginning, they’ve stood out as an innovative and proactive organization. Their dedication to customer service is exceptional, and they are incredibly responsive to user issues, offering timely functional fixes whenever necessary. Given that we’re in the events industry, we know that quick assistance is crucial—and Simpletix has consistently delivered. I can remember when the SimpleTix founder called me directly to provide an assist - that's not merely customer service - that is customer devotion!
They make us look good! The platform has continuously improved over the years, and as an experienced event planner, I now look forward to seeing what new features they roll out next. Simpletix has introduced functionalities I didn’t even realize I needed, but which have significantly enhanced my event presentation. Their improvements have truly elevated the experience for both me and my attendees.
Since incorporating Simpletix's articulated seating selection for our galas, I've seen a dramatic reduction in the time spent on micromanaging details. More importantly, the platform’s user-friendly interface has made it incredibly smooth and straightforward for our guests to use. Over the last few years, with thousands of attendees, we've had only a handful of customer-related issues—all of which were user errors. The time savings, combined with the platform's reliability, has made our organization appear highly professional and efficient. Truly in 6 years there has not been online lag or server dropout. They are wizards!

What do you dislike about SimpleTix?
There aren't many downsides, but I would love to see a silent auction feature added.
In the beginning, the portal setup UI was a bit challenging to navigate, but that has improved significantly.
