I use Simplified at work as an integral part of our product development communication workflow, primarily for creating quick visuals, marketing drafts, and internal presentation materials. What I appreciate most is how it brings together AI writing, graphic design, and video editing tools within a single platform.
The AI Writer is particularly helpful for drafting product descriptions, social media posts, and creative taglines for brand presentations. The Design Editor allows me to produce professional layouts without the need for specialized design software—I frequently rely on prebuilt templates to craft internal briefs and mood boards for product launches. Additionally, the collaboration feature enables multiple team members to edit and comment on assets at the same time, which is invaluable when coordinating efforts across various departments. The platform sometimes feels a bit sluggish when working with large video or image files. Certain advanced design features, such as more precise layer control or enhanced export customization, could be refined to better align with what traditional design tools offer. Managing teams and setting permissions can also become somewhat complicated when multiple users are collaborating within the same workspace. Despite these issues, they are relatively minor compared to the overall convenience of having AI copywriting, design, and social content scheduling all integrated in one platform.
