Recommendations to others considering SimplyBook.me:
Spend time learning how it works to save on needing extra "custom" features! Also, the "Daily Classes" timeline is interactive (FANTASTIC: It displays available time-slots that change as group booking quantities selected by customer changes.) This is PERFECT if you're using the "group booking" custom feature. Unfortunately, this "timeline" (interactive grid display) is ONLY available IF you add the "Classes" custom feature.
Note: The "Service Categories" (which we use) OR the "Multiple-Locations" features can do most of the same things the "Classes" custom feature provides EXCEPT display the interactive "Daily-Classes" timeline. SO ULTIMATELY: We're using one of the custom features (in the paid plan) just to be able to display this interactive grid. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Online booking queue management for ALL indoor venues. (With a monitor displaying bookings @ the counter, we're able to integrate it into our "in-house ticketing" for "walk-in" customers. ~ Overall, SBME ensures we don't oversell bowling, pc-gaming, laser tag OR double-book birthday parties.
