I do like the ability to customize, I would like to start our org over though Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When they deploy "fixes" and say that they have tested them but it does not seem to be the case .. also it would be nice to get a heads up from ST team vs our users letting us admins know

Also please give us the ability to rename tracker fields it is helpful with a big complex ORG to reuse fields on project templates, not being able to REALLY confuses the users, Admins get it , users do not!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's an intuitive tool, and since it is based on Salesforce, has very powerful data analytics tools and is super customisable. Training and certification courses are available which is helpful, and there are a lot of system admin tools available as point and click which makes customisation accessible without coding knowledge. Self-service support is a little lacking - although it is based on Salesforce and a lot of the common errors can be solved using Salesforce-developed support resources, I have found it difficult to differentiate between a SiteTracker-specific problem vs. a general Salesforce problem. The community page is great to sift through user-submitted questions, however not every feature/standard object has content available to review. A more comprehensive resource library to allow for more self-service support would make this platform that much more compelling to me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's easy to use and highly adaptable because it's built on the Salesforce platform, where you'll find robust data analytics tools. Sitetracker is actually one of the best platforms I have used over the years. It has helped me a lot in giving a full report of my site, which is accurate based on comparison with another related platform.
