The suppport team there is great. We've had some very minor issues, as we are using a very old ERP system. They've been very proactive, even writing new code to support some of the issues that came up because of our old system. Very happy with the system itself, but you know any system is only as good as its support- - and they are very responsive, get any small issues that have come up solved quickly - and great follow up. Nothing really. It has taken a little time to get customers to adjust to this new payment system - but most really like it. They get to log into their own secure portal and see details themselves and take control of their own account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
