The best part about smart food safe is the ability to purchase and add modules as needed without having to fully purchase all of them if they are not needed. It also allows us to start with a few core systems then expand out as needed which is much easier to propose to management than a full system all at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would like to see smart food safe focus more effort on advancing their IOS and android applications as having data entry on the field is very important in eliminating entry errors and streamlining data processing. We did encounter a few bugs while using the IOS iPad app for example forms would sometimes fail to enter into the system with no errors or warnings to explain why it had failed.
