I am continually impressed with feature updates and the companies willingness to take feedback and suggestions to continue to improve the product for us. The customer support has been great, answering questions and providing great resources.
As a MTSS Tier 1 coach, we frequently use real time data into the engagement and movement of our students during class. Our teachers have been able to use data from student passes to have constructive conversations about the amount of in class engagement with their students.
Our teachers have shared the ease of use with sharing in and out time in the classroom with parents when communicating about their students progress. Our admin team has been able to use the data to help spot trends on student movement, allowing us to relocate hallway supports as necessary.
We have also used the data to help with interventions for students who were using too many bathroom/drink passes each day. We have seen a reduction as a result of using the data to support our intervention.
Our hall monitors and security, are able to report students who shouldn't be in the halls, allowing meaningful behavioral conversations between students and administrators. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I do not have any dislikes, because they are continually updating and improving their platform to support the needs of schools and students. If I were to have a wish, it would be that if the data would integrate into our SIS or other dashboards that would allow us to provide even more information from the whole child.
