What do you like best about Soldo?

What do you like best about Soldo?

What do you dislike about Soldo?

Have to sign in when jumping between companies, as a coprorate client we have a large number of log ins, so ideally would like to be able to consolidate reporting as a total group level Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Soldo?

It allows staff to expense items without them having to use their own money to do so. Also managing expenditure is easier because you have live visibility into the spending. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think the monthly fee is a little high. If it was cheaper I would have more staff use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Soldo?

Soldo helped us replacing all the physical cards, which were used by many people, by digital cards, reducing the workload and time spend significantly. The platform works well and is easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They have pretty high turnover on their side, so once a few months we have a new point in contact.

What do you like best about Soldo?

It's easy to understand which in turn makes it easier to train users, finance and admins - this also makes implementation a lot easier cross departments.

Customer support is always quick to respond - i've never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a reply via the online chat feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Soldo?

I wish it had better 'missing receipt' capabilities. People not uploading receipts is a pain for a lot of companies and its hard to track without doing it manually. I'd love to see an 'auto lock' feature when you have XX missing receipts.

Also, when a receipt is declared as lost or missing - e.g London transport contactless tap in - it still shows up as a missing receipt, meaning i ask people for receipts for items they have already flagged as lost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We completely understand the problem missing receipts cause, so we are working on a solution that gets the balance right between steering employees to ensure receipts are always added, without unduly interfering with customers being able to access funds when they need to. More immediately, we're happy to report that our Tech team was able to fix the bug that led to chasing people for receipts that had already been marked as lost.

The system doesn't automatically notify the user when the card has been blocked. Also, the integration with NAV doesn't work when NAV uses different levels of dimensions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Soldo?

Fast customer support. It's very easy for multiple people to access their privleges on the website and setting up new users is a simple process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The accountants are not able to view receipts which creates more admin on the card users. It would be good if accountants could view attachments on each users transactions Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Soldo?

- Wide range of permissions that can be made for individual roles / users.

- The amount of company wallets you can create. This helps especially when creating savings accounts for homes.

- The overall user interface is easy to use.

It's great to hear how Soldo is supporting the work you do across your care homes, especially how the wallet and permissions features are enabling homes to each have their own budgets and individuals within those to have specific permissions.

Regarding your cards, sometimes cards are temporarily deactivated due to security systems which are designed to protect you against fraud. For security reasons, Soldo has a series of automatic card blocks related to location, merchant and other particular situations to protect the money of its customers. We apologise if you have been inconvenienced by these blocks but rest assured our agents work diligently to verify transactions and get the cards unblocked as quick as possible for you. We know how important it is to get cards working again as quickly possible, so we're working on functionality that will allow users to unblock cards themselves in a secure manner without having to contact us.

# Initial setup of Admin role took sometime because of gelogical location. I am from India and wanted to have Super Admin access and the document verification templates were strictly to EU so had difficulties to get Super Admin user Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
