What do you like best about Solve(X)?

It is very useful for seeing inventory and bills associated with our lines of service. For the most part, it's fairly easy to get around once you get the hang of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Solve(X)?

As I mentioned, it's not too bad once you get the hang of it, but it's not necessarily the most intuitive interface and there seems to be redundant data in multiple places. Additionally, the data is only as good as the people maintaining it. To be clear, I'm not critiquing the job they're doing, only that most of it seems to be a manual process and not automated. What do you like best about Solve(X)?

What do you like best about Solve(X)?

The team is great to work with, the solution is easy to implement and the cost savings are REAL. It is one of those things that sounds "to good to be true" on paper, but it really is true the cost savings that can be found for organizations - both hard dollars and soft dollars. The interface can look slightly outdated, but the technology works and everything is presented visually just fine. A little bit of refresher on the look and feel would be nice but it isn't a deal breaker by any means. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We like the simplicity of one platform as it is much easier to use the same interface instead of logging into the different providers and find everything there. The data plan augmentation works great as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
