I joined SpyFu in March of 2022. The thing that attracted me to your service, and has kept me a customer for the past 3 years, is the usefulness of your data. I run multiple businesses in different niches; however, I can use SpyFu to watch my domain rankings, spy on the competition, perform keyword research, reverse engineer competitors' ads, and so much more. Sometimes data is missing. For example, I know a competitor s running ads, but the results aren't in SpyFu. My guess is the ad is too new, and SpyFu hasn't found it yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Perhaps the best testimony is that my agency has used SpyFu since 2017. Every year our team reviews similar applications and every year they demand to keep using SpyFu. My agency uses SpyFu for both SEO and Paid Search and especially for research and spying on competitors Ads. SpyFu provides insight into the keywords, trending search terms, and associated landing pages from top-ranking competitors in every category. I use this for SEO, but also for new client research, site development, and for development of my own business. It's a fantastic bargain compared to other available tools and an equalizer for smaller agencies. I also like that it provides leading KPI's for website performance long before GA-4 picks them up because it tracks search results to 100 places. I like that I can see the ad spend of major companies on specific things.

I like the price.

I like that I can see what PPC will be for certaint words that I may be interested in.

I also like that I can see alot of my competitions information.

Spyfu is one of the most complete SEO softwares in the game today. What really sets them apart is ease of use and pricing. We used other products like SEMrush for a lot of the functionality that Spyfu provides. The competitor tools may simply be the best in the game. The ability to track your competition easily and quickly can give any business or agency a huge leg up. The program is easy to use on a daily if not hourly basis. Reporting isn't great for what current clients prefer so most of it can't be used. The issues are mostly aesthetic. The other issue is the accuracy of SEO clicks. It is almost always about 1/10th of the actual results when compared to Google Analytics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best things about SpyFu are the ability to send automated reports to our team, and our clients, the number of features, the ability to implement strategies and integrate it into our daily methods, and the high level of customer support. I really like Spyfu over their competitors like SEMRush because it's much easier to understand the data and less busy on the dashboard. I also love their reports and tutorials as it makes it easy to understand how to create comparative reports for keyword analysis. The best thing about SpyFu is their customer support. Just very easy to deal with and they are very fast at helping you out. I spoke to Danielle recently and was simply blown away by the no-nonsense, straight to resolving issue approach and very friendly. There's actually not a whole lot I don't like about it. The platform as I said before is very easy to use and it does take some time to get through all theiir different things that they offer so I think the best approach is to consume their content over a few weeks but using their platform regularly to get well acquainted. the best thing about spyfu is its gives you fast access to ranking histories, backlink strategies, and SEO analysis. In addition, you can get a brief overview of the top organic keywords, top paid keywords, estimated monthly SEO clicks, expected monthly PPC clicks, top pages, backlinks, and other relevant information about the domain. The least helpful thing about spyfu is inaccurate data sometimes SpyFu's data is inaccurate.

Lack of search engine distinction sometimes SpyFu doesn't differentiate between traffic from Google and other search engines. They cahrged us 99$ without getting our permmision for 3 months. Never the less, they didnt even sent invoices for the charge and We decovered it from our credit card charges.

When trying to contact them I accountered with chatbot that doesnt understand what I want and there is no human to speak with. Still waiting for them to reply my email and I will update as soon as we suttle this matter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SpyFu allowed me to check them for a "free" trial. Actually, this meant that I was able to pay for the tool and once I'd explored the features, I was able to cancel my subscription instantly by using their chat feature to cancel and ask for a refund. They gave me no hassle and I was instantly canceled and refunded. Never seen this before, no fuss, no questions, just kindess. I love their tool for spying on competitors Google Ads, but the competitor I was searching wasn't running ads, so I needed to allocate my clients spend elsewhere.
