I like how easy Square is to use. I can customize my categories and amounts to make checking my clients out fast and easy. I provide consulting work on a monthly basis and run cards once a month. Square makes this process easy for me to check 15-20 clients out in about 10 minutes. That means more time spent on my clients. Square has the ability for the user to set up selectable services with specific charges. For small businesses (like my recording studio) that need to accept payments with credit cards, Square is a good choice. There are other companies that offer a similar service (Paypal), but Square is versital - you can use Square anywhere - which is great for mobile businesses. With a little effort, you can set up multiple payments with various amounts due for multiple customers on a single purchase. Overall, Square Payments is a perfect solution for businesses wanting to take credit cards or cash payments and accounting for those transactions. When taking multiple payments, the software can time out before completing the individual payment transactions. I certainly like how Square allows us to maintain an effective Resource Center and a Donation-Based Coffee Shop within our Church Building. Square lets guests at both our Resource Center and Coffee Shop contribute suggested donation amounts (as they are able) via credit card, which then allows us to offer these helpful resources to our people.
