It is very simple to use and works well for what we need and SSI is very willing to work with us to get the stuff that we need to more efficiently operate. They are much more flexible than other software providers we work with Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SSI does not gurantee increased sales success . Major downside is the negative results which arises from the SSI tool if used casually or inefectively i.e calling cuatomers rudely and asking for feedback .
