Slight lack in transparency when it comes to how the price changes with extra GB of raw files submitted for the project, or run length increases - also their choice for royalty-free music is subpar, and although I'm able to offload editing to them, I have had to source my own audio files for the videos. While the editors do great work, that can probably be said about other video editing companies as well. But the customer service here is what makes them a no brainer to go back to again and again. They are super open to feedback and communication is never an issue. Plus, the portal they built to manage the video projects makes everything way more streamlined.
