TaxFlow streamlines our ability to manage our work flow for tax returns and more! Previously we used Excel to track status of returns and to allocate the workflow. It was tedious to keep updated and everyone handled updates slightly differently. TaxFlow allows for assignment of not only the return/project but tasks within the return with just a click. The filters can be a little tricky depending on the setup of your database but TaxFlow support has been great to help us with workarounds when filters do not give us exactly what we are looking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
