What do you like best about TaxValet?

Managing sales tax across multiple states has been tricky until I used TaxValet. Their team has really impressed me with their professionalism, expertise, and commitment to making the complex process of Sales Tax simple and easy. What problems is TaxValet solving and how is that benefiting you?

They are solving the stress of sales tax. Prior to tax valet this was a lot to manage by yourself. We have a finance department of one person and it really was just not possible to manage all of the sales tax returns with all of the states. Tax valet came on and was able to really really help with the entire process. They have taken over tax management for us and giving us back our time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1) They couldn't offer the services they promised

2) Cost a fortune

3) Taxes were consistently being flagged as delinquent by states

4) Offboarding information was incorrect

5) They didn't register us as a business in one state (one that we're aware of)

6) All inboxes go to generic box - no direct contact with your assigned CSR
