There are several benefits we enjoy engaging with Tellenium. First and foremost, Tellenium organizes the mountain of data created by the plethora of invoices we get each month from all our carriers. The data becomes organized, accessible, and searchable. We know exactly what our spend is and can make realistic projections and budgetary estimates. In addition, Tellenium goes to bat for us and manages any and all billing disputes releasing us from this responsibility and making us able to spend time on technology issues.
