ThunderTix at a glance

Designed for live event venues that want full control over ticket revenue and customer fees.

You can use your own payment gateway to receive nightly direct deposits of all ticket sales. ThunderTix does not add service fees or take a percentage of your ticket revenue. You have the flexibility to sell tickets at face value or add your own service fees—and when you do, you keep 100% of that fee revenue.

Pricing information for ThunderTix is supplied by the software provider or retrieved from publicly accessible pricing materials. Final cost negotiations to purchase ThunderTix must be conducted with the seller.

There is a one-time setup fee of $0.55 per seat, with a $250 minimum per seating chart. Discounts are available for qualified nonprofit organizations.

Tickets included as part of a package, season subscription, flex pass, or tickets discounted to $0 (via coupon or gift card) are counted toward monthly billing.

What do you like best about ThunderTix?

Ease of use; has all of the features a small historic theater needs; personal response to questions when I have them Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ThunderTix?

Have not found a downside; due to lack of time I have not figured out whether I can, and how to, access ThunderTix via my phone - that would a nice feature to use, if it exists. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ThunderTix?

The ability to host ticketing directly on our site. Lots of box office options. The support team is very responsive. It's intuitive and easy to setup events. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ThunderTix?

It's not cheap, but I think it's competitive with other services. There are additional charges for setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
