The user interface does not feel very modern or intuitive, which can make navigation less straightforward. Additionally, the reporting features and tools are somewhat limited, restricting the depth of analysis possible. There is also a noticeable learning curve when getting started. Intuitive and easy to use for operators. As administrator, I also use it to generate accounting entries and produce operational activity reports. The help line is readily available and you always get a live tech. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
