"Transformed TrueContext"
What do you like best about TrueContext?

Powerful Mobile Forms

It allows field workers to collect data on mobile devices—even offline—which is a game-changer for remote or low-connectivity environments.

Customizable Workflows

You can design complex workflows with conditional logic, automated notifications, and integrations with backend systems like Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Microsoft Power Platform.

Real-Time Data Sync

Data collected in the field is instantly available to back-office systems, improving decision-making and reducing delays.

Integration-Friendly

TrueContext integrates well with cloud services, ERPs, and CRMs, making it easy to embed into existing enterprise ecosystems.

Compliance & Audit Trails

It supports industries with strict compliance needs (like utilities, healthcare, and manufacturing) by offering secure data handling, digital signatures, and audit trails.

Analytics & Reporting

Built-in dashboards and export options help teams analyze trends, monitor performance, and optimize operations.

Ease of Use

The drag-and-drop form builder and intuitive UI make it accessible for non-technical users to create and manage forms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrueContext?

Pricing Structure

It can be expensive for small teams or organizations, especially when scaling up with advanced features or integrations.

Limited UI Customization

The mobile app interface is functional but not highly customizable, which may be a limitation for branding or user experience needs.

Learning Curve for Advanced Features

While basic form creation is straightforward, building complex workflows or integrations may require technical expertise or training.

Integration Complexity

Although it supports many integrations, setting them up—especially with custom APIs or legacy systems—can be time-consuming and may require developer support.

Analytics Limitations

Built-in reporting is useful but not as robust as dedicated BI tools. For deeper insights, users often need to export data to platforms like Power BI or Tableau.

Offline Sync Issues

Some users report occasional syncing delays or errors when transitioning from offline to online mode, especially in areas with unstable connectivity.

Limited Collaboration Features

It’s not designed for real-time collaboration or multi-user editing, which can be a drawback for teams needing shared workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TrueContext?

I'm an admin within Truecontext, and when looking to set up things like SSO within TrueContext, there is great documentation and API connectors for me to be able to connect my org when I need to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrueContext?

I haven't been around it too much, I think user creation and everything I've used so far has been easy to use. If I had to say something it's that the UI isn't great, but everything works perfect so if it's not broke don't fix it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that it saves my progress regardless of what page I am on and I only have to submit once I have completed the form. I use the true context app almost daily in my job and find it very easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to use interface."
What do you like best about TrueContext?

It's simple to learn. There are a variety of features to get forms setup the way you need them. You can transfer the form to another user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrueContext?

There's no way to start a form on one device, and pick it up on another device. I have to transfer the form to a coworker, transfer it back, and open it on a different device.

Certain features with the form itself are lacking. For example, I dislike that there's no way to have a multiple choice option for media fields. Like if you want an image to display, but you want to choose which image is displayed. I can't figure out how to do this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Overall, TrueContext significantly enhances our administrative capabilities and team collaboration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrueContext?

I've experienced some glitches on the website that occasionally log me out of the app. To resolve this, I typically have to restart my browser or update my account password. It can be a bit inconvenient, but I'm hopeful the team will address these issues soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
