I really like how easy it is to make changes to leases and perform lease modifications. It's also such a seamless implementation. The knowledge base has significantly improved over time and the customer support team is always extremely quick to respond, and you get their response via email so you don't miss it. The Trullion support team always relays painpoints or process improvement opportunities to their software development team, and I have seen many of our suggestions actually come to fruition. Their reports are great for month-end close entries related to ASC 842 and disclosures required for financial reporting purposes. Overall my experience with Trullion has been pleasant. As an ASC 842 expert at a consulting firm, I have experience using many different lease softwares, and this software is SO much easier to use than many of their competitors, it is by-far my favorite lease software I've used. Trullion can be a little slower when it comes to running reports that include upwards of 1,000 leases. Also as far as I know, there isn't a way to duplicate a lease, which would be a helpful feature when dealing with leases of similar nature. That said, the customer support and development teams are very receptive to feedback and I would assume these will be improved at some point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
