What do you like best about TRYTN?

Trytn is an awesome booking site. It's very easy to use and very detailed so you can customize for your specific business needs. There are tutorials for everything and they are very responsive to questions from the technically challenged like myself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TRYTN?

The all-inclusive service of having a booking system and managing their website was convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TRYTN?

Slow to respond to help questions. We experienced multiple double bookings throughout the year. The system was sometimes easy, sometimes complicated to edit yourself. And the most significant thing was I canceled because they did not offer the service I needed precisely for my industry, and they gave me zero help on transferring off of their system. I wasted $3500 for them to build a site for me for less than a year and then took it away because I no longer was using them. They kept just saying we fulfilled our end of the deal. The rest is outside of our scope. I understand being upset that someone is no longer using your service, but I would have come back and used them had I not been treated like this upon switching. What do you like best about TRYTN?

Very prompt and friendly support from Trytn; I really like the short video support via Vinyard as you can go back over them until you get it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TRYTN?

I like it's user friendly platform. So far, I've been able to do most things with little to no help. If you don't like to do the things on your own this isn't for you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TRYTN?

While it is user friendly sometimes it's easier for the customer support or IT support to do the task done instead of sending a link on instructions. Especially, when it's a new client. I'd appreciate an extensive onboarding training session. Also, finding a way to simply add the code to the website without using the TRYTN button to keep the branding of the website. What do you like best about TRYTN?

We came to Trytn after being disappointed by a different booking provider. Trytn's dashboard is very user-friendly, and we have all the controls available to us which fit our needs. The forward-facing customer web experience is very nice with Trytn and is very easy to integrate with our current WordPress website. Most of all though, was our Trytn representative Darcy Gassel. What do you like best about TRYTN?

Trytn support is incredible and the program is so easy to use. We are currently booking hundreds of reservations for tables, tastings, and tours using Trytn with ease. Darcy offers absolutely the best customer support we have ever experienced. A previous Fareharbor and Tock user, the Trytn platform is superior in almost every way imaginable. Ease of use, setup, and cloning make adaptation easy. Response to improvements or modifications is incredible. We had a request for the customer to be notified in an email which table they were being assigned to and Trytn addresses the issue within a few weeks. From an operations point, our staff is thrilled with the way Trytn works when compared to Fareharbor and the pricing is also better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TRYTN?

TRYTN is really great when you need flexibility in a booking platform. We've tried others before that didn't allow us to set up new products on our own or required outside assistance when making very basic changes. Thankfully TRYTN lets us do everything we need to do, from collecting important booking information with custom questions to creating unlisted offerings for private events. Their support team is always extremely helpful when we do need help, too! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TRYTN?

Currently we'd like to see some more options for promo/discount codes (like setting a limit on the number of uses per customer), but this is a very minor thing that I expect they'll add in the future regardless as they frequently put out new updates and improvements.
