It is easy to use due to it being so naturally intuitive. It is easy to find a solution with the live chat feature when you have a problem or need a question answered. I wish i was able to add a member to a task template rather than having to manually add them each time. Each member is in charge of something for the same client so it would save time to be able to set all 'bookkeeping' template to one person, all HST template to one person, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I recently contacted customer support to ask whether it was possible to display the amount of time I am working on the favorite bar. Although my request could not be fulfilled, the support team was helpful and responsive, which I really appreciated.

I also love the overall design and that the platform is accessible on mobile devices. It is a bit of a downside that it is only available through a browser, as there is no dedicated app yet.

I have been quite frustrated with this website. I had to complete puzzles at least 200 times, which became very tedious and unnecessary.

I also had a negative experience with UKU. A few weeks ago, I was unexpectedly logged out when I tried to pause my work to take a break. When I attempted to log back in, I kept receiving an error message saying that my username or password was incorrect—even though they were correct.

I even tried resetting my password, and while the reset worked, I still got the same error message. It seemed to be a system bug, and the whole experience was very frustrating.

The thing I like most is the ease of use, the aesthetically pleasing graphic design and the clarity/transparency of the processes. This makes using the programme easy and pleasant. I use it every day, so that's important. It is also easy to introduce this system to the company and adapt to it. Uku is very user-friendly and easy to use. It's simple and provides a nice overview of the clients and their tasks. Implementing the system seems to be easy and there are only a few complications. - repetitive tasks (a must have in accounting!)

- subtasks that can be checked off

- can comment on tasks and add files (so you don't forget anything, even small things)

- you get a notification when others comment on a task (or finish a task) you are also following

- easy task routing, so everything is done on time

- you can create a dropdown list with "current state of the task", which is convenient to monitor in the report (a must have with annual reports)

- saved reports

- stopwatch (start and finish with one click)

- sending emails through Uku (quick and easy, also lets others see if and what email has been sent)

- customer support is always extremely helpful
