What do you like best about Unite Us?

Unite Us is easy to use and straightforward. Aside from it being a useful tool for us to keep track of our clients needs, it also assists in streamlining the referral process. This makes the responsibilities of our day to day more efficient and effective. I use the platform on a daily basis with such ease. It is also very helpful for tracking purposes when we have to submit our interactions to our higher ups with clients. I use our calendar to reference how many appointments we've had and in turn use the platform for the details of the interactions for it to be more precise. Lastly, the few times I have run into issue using the platform, I have reached out to customer support and they have been very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Unite Us?

The best thing about Unite Us is that its platform is an all-in-one hub that provides information, resources, and direct referrals for health coordinators. Health Coordinators can readily see status of referrals and number of referrals made. What do you dislike about Unite Us?

Unite Us does take time to understand and use. It is the type of platform that needs to be used regularly for it to become "easy." "Unite Us Connects Over 80 Advocacy Organizations in Rare Disease Community"
What do you like best about Unite Us?

Unite Us has helped us to build a network of over 90 advocacy organizations in the rare disease community. We are able to refer families to each other, clinicians are able to refer to us with one unique QR code, and together we can get families the support they need to thrive. The platform is easy to use and very user friendly for even the most tech-challenged individuals. Our account manager provides excellent guidance and support as each of our advocacy organization onboards to the Unite Us platform. The data insights dashboard gives us information about how we can do better, where we are succeeding, and critical information that allows us to evaluate our programs and what we need to create in order to help more families. What do you dislike about Unite Us?

I would love if more people would join the platform and utilize the platform so that we can refer only on teh platform. What do you like best about Unite Us?

Unite Us has been implemented into Veterans Services of the Carolinas internal processes since inception. Unite Us, and the data analytics, have a allowed VSC to grow from a small operation in Asheville NC, to a state wide agency that serves as a model on the national stage. What do you dislike about Unite Us?

The only downside I can see to using the system is the process of ensuring agency adoption and ensuring you have a robust network. Without engaged partners who all aknowledge that a single system ensures that best outcomes for clients, the platform can only be used to track internal cases. What do you like best about Unite Us?

Working with Unite Us has been a wonderful experience. The assigned team members were incredibly helpful and enthusiastic, going above and beyond to ensure our implementation and use was successful with our team members. They truly listened to the needs we expressed and worked diligently to deliver results within a realistic timeframe.

Not only was the service exceptional, but the platform itself has been a game-changer. It provides clear and insightful metrics that allow us to see the impact of our reach with clients. These metrics are invaluable for understanding our clients needs as well as gaps in the community.

The biggest downside is the challenge of getting other partners fully on board with the platform. While it's so exciting to think about and see how this system can work successfully when the loop is closed, it can be frustrating for team members when other partners aren't fully engaged or using the platform. What do you like best about Unite Us?

Being able to find resouces outside of our footprint that can help our patients at SAI. Often times the patients we have are from far away, and we aren't familiar with their area they're from and what's available to them. What do you dislike about Unite Us?

Occasionally there are computer issues where it is difficult to get logged on. Last week it took me two hours just to complete a request for a patient which normally should only take a matter of minutes. What do you like best about Unite Us?

As a statewide 211 entity, we appreciate having a data sharing agreement with Unite Us; hosting a Coordination Center with a focus on closed-loop referrals; serving as a front-door for coordinated entry housing programs; and most recently, we launched screening for Health Realted Social Needs benefits for the state of Oregon, where we can send and receive referrals on behalf of Medicaid members. We use Unite Us daily, across multiple programs, and can also store and share documents on behalf of clients. Integration of the platform alongside legacy systems has been easy to navigate and learn. Unite Us provides an easy to use tool to connect community residents to local resources. Community Health Workers use it often to locate resources and suggests options they may have not thought of. Though we find Unite Us as our go to resource guide and connector, we are still learning how to create data sets that fit our needs.
