What do you like best about vFairs?

Thank you so much to the VFAIRS team, but particularly to Yaqshan, who has continually gone above and beyond for our event. It was our first time partnering with a third party for an event for our client, and to be honest, I was really nervous about how everything would work. Yaqshan was there day and night to answer questions from both us and the client side, and nothing was too much trouble. He was incredibly polite and always accommodating, even with continually changing requests, which must have been challenging at times. What do you like best about vFairs?

Vfairs was a great tool for our Foodcentric event, which hosted over 150 suppliers/brokers and over 1,000 attendees. Our suppliers thought the app was extremely easy to use for lead captures during the show, and the post-event reporting was exactly what they were looking for. Hamda was excellent to work with and took great care of us during the planning process. What do you dislike about vFairs?

Some of the data isn't clear in the post-event reporting. I think part of that is people using incorrect information when filling out the registration form, and some suppliers not using the mobile app properly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about vFairs?

As an organization committed to fostering professional development and networking, the Toigo Foundation recently hosted our annual Career Expo using this virtual event platform, and our experience has been overwhelmingly positive.

From the outset, the platform enabled us to create a dynamic, engaging environment for our attendees. We hosted a variety of sessions, including panels, a career expo with interactive booths, roundtables, and peer-to-peer networking opportunities. The flexibility of the platform allowed us to tailor each component to our needs, and our participants responded very favorably—many noted that this year’s event was a significant improvement over previous years.

One of the standout features was the roundtable functionality. Each table operated as a separate Zoom meeting, which made it easy for small groups to interact. While the structure worked well overall, we did receive feedback that more icebreaker prompts could further enhance engagement, and that participant rotation between tables could be improved. These are minor suggestions for future iterations, but they speak to the platform’s potential for even greater interactivity.

Technical reliability was excellent. Any issues that arose were typically due to user error rather than platform shortcomings. The interface was intuitive, and features like customizable music volume and rotating banners added a professional touch without being distracting.

A key factor in our successful event was the support we received from our project manager, Ali F. In the weeks leading up to the Expo, Ali was incredibly responsive and proactive. He handled last-minute changes and requests with efficiency and a positive attitude, often providing quick fixes or creative solutions that kept our event running smoothly. His ability to communicate with both our team and the platform’s developers ensured that our needs were met promptly, and his attention to detail made a noticeable difference in our overall experience.

We also appreciated the ability to demo the platform to our partner firms ahead of the event, which helped them feel comfortable and excited about participating. The environment was visually appealing and easy to navigate, which contributed to a welcoming atmosphere for both employers and job seekers.

Looking ahead, we plan to keep the platform open for additional webinars and one-off events, and we’re even considering new uses such as alumni engagement. The positive feedback from our team and participants has made us confident in the platform’s value for a wide range of virtual events.

In summary, this platform provided us with the tools and support needed to deliver a high-quality, engaging virtual event. While there are always opportunities for further customization and enhancement, our experience—especially working with Ali F.—was exceptional. Some minor challenges with participants joining matchmaking or roundtable sessions—often due to user error rather than platform issues. What do you like best about vFairs?

Our vFairs project manager was outstanding—organized, proactive, and quick to respond when we had questions or concerns. The platform made it easy for our 12 campuses to join live sessions, access recordings, and engage across institutions. Features like the clickable schedule, chat, and easy-to-access recordings gave participants confidence and flexibility. This was our first year using vFairs, so some attendees initially found navigation a bit confusing—for example, needing to log in before the “Join” button appeared. A few participants wanted more interactivity, like smoother breakout integration and visible cameras during Connect & Reflect. What do you like best about vFairs?

I cannot speak highly enough about the incredible support I received from vFairs, specifically Ali F. From the very first interaction, it was clear I was in expert hands. Ali was not only knowledgeable but also patient, courteous, and genuinely invested in brainstorming resolutions. His response was never 'no or that's not possible', but rather Ali offered alternate options. Ali listens carefully, explains things in a way that makes sense (even to a non-techie like me), and make sure I am completely satisfied with the options before moving forward.

More than anything, what I've appreciated and the headline of every review I have given to others, has been the VFairs team responsiveness. Whenever we had any questions or any need, they replied instantly and were able to solve or problem solve it. What do you like best about vFairs?

vFairs is undoubtedly a good platform for running virtual events. I used this platform in my previous organization MilitaryToCorp-M2C for running a virtual job fair for transitioning Military Veterans. It is a great platform that gets customized as per the requirement of client. We needed the platform is military and corporate theme, and we got exactly the same from vFairs team. They prepared an easy to use platform for our virtual job fair with we ran on the theme of International Women's Day. It was easy to integrate and had numerous features. We used vFairs for our virtual event. From the start, the support team, particularly our project manager, went above and beyond to ensure our virtual event was a success. Nothing was too much trouble. They walked us through how to navigate the platform, gave us access to the back end as well as helped us set up and were on hand throughout the live streamlining in case there were any technical issues.
