Their SMEs were very knowledgeable about the product, provided useful guidance on business processes and supported our change management efforts. Their team took a very thoughtful and practical approach to our project, using a 'crawl-walk-run' approach to our implementation, which was instrumental in our ability to achieve our go-live and realize the benefits of the new system on time and on budget.
