What do you like best about VistaVu Solutions?

What do you dislike about VistaVu Solutions?

In the past, we had issues with getting new account managers at least once a year, and each one had varying levels of knowledge about our company or SAP B1 technical knowledge. But this has changed and we're very happy with our current account manager that's been assigned to us for the past year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is VistaVu Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?

VistaVu has a consistently quick response and turnaround time when we submit tickets for an issue in SAP B1. VistaVu was able to provide us with options to integrate our CRM software (HubSpot) to SAP B1. VistaVu worked with our vendor and a 3rd party to develop a project plan and create an initial quote for the project. We were impressed with the knowledge of everyone on the VistaVu team. In general, sometimes it takes longer that I would expect to get back to us on ticket status and updates. Also I am not sure if it is the solution or their approach, but we do not get that many options for truly custom code development. The best aspect of VistaVu Solutions is the high caliber of their employees. We've worked extensively with various VistaVu consultants and they've always been extremely professional and helpful. Over the past decade, we specifically received an exceptional level of support from one such employee, Ben Doucette. We never cease to be amazed by Ben's ability to solve complex issues, provide support at any time of the day or night, and he is always willing to share vast knowledge of SAP utilities when we need recommendations or insight. Our customers are using the Resolv WMS, Freight Control/Management and QC modules. These modules connect every level of product management for our customers. The development team is always listening for ways to improve their product and are implementing many of those suggestions.
