What do you like best about Vividly?

I've been a customer of Vividly's for 2 years and the ability to quickly onboard, especially surrounding new deployments, has allowed our business to make smarter, quicker business decisions. Vividly is an agile team that releases new products tailored to what we need. They speak the same language that we do. We're a fast-moving food brand with a lean team. It's imperative to have software that easily immerses itself into our day-to-day operations while providing a dashboard that showcases the performance of our top retailers. I've vetted other trade software in the space that doesn't come close to the machine-learning capabilities that Vividly has. What problems is Vividly solving and how is that benefiting you?

Vividly offered up their time to speak with our HQ on best-in-class practices for promotion planning and dashboarding for executive calls. They're the partner we need to keep us honest, especially the Sales Miss Log for promotions that are missing in the platform based on expenses received, and ensure we're focusing on the items that need attention given trade spend is our second largest expense on the P&L. What do you like best about Vividly?

Vividly detects and easily shows customers the inconsistencies in the deductions received from the distributors. It helps review the information deeply and assign the charges to the right GL or dispute them if there are mistakes.
