What do you like best about Watermelon?

Watermelon has a great interface that is easy to learn. I was not part of the birth of our AI agent and the implementation and integration. After a month I started to manage our AI agent as she works 24/7, wich is amazing. Watermelon has several helpfull articles, Chad, there own AI agent is very helpfull and the support team via the e-mail is great. Especially Bram, big shout out for you as you helped us a lot. And not to forget Fleur, thank you too. Our agent works very hard and already helped a lot of potential customers wich save us time in the end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Watermelon?

I think AI is great and what AI can do is amazing. I think we want to quick now as AI and Watermelon is still developing. Sometimes our agent is slow before she comes with an answer. When she crawles new information on the website, it takes time. And how more I work with the agent, how more I wish for some extra insights to review all the chats. It would be great if 'old conversations', could be visible in the interface instead of a csv. Sub tags would also be awesome for the future. What do you like best about Watermelon?

We were pleasantly surprised when we received the demo of Watermelon's AI chatbot. This prompted us to almost immediately shut down our own (non-generative) chatbot and continue with Watermelon. After a few simple steps, our AI assistant, "Anouk," was live on our website. Our company, Rijles Zonder Stress (Stressless Driving Lessons), is a franchise with driving schools throughout the Netherlands. We recruit students and (prospective) driving instructors to help us grow. Anouk helps our students and (prospective) driving instructors by answering a wide variety of questions. She was quite good at this from the start, but with continued training, she has only improved. This has resulted in many new registrations from students and (prospective) driving instructors, as well as many new insights that we have used to improve the information on our website. This is also good for our SEO (GEO/AEO) results. We also receive many questions that wouldn't normally reach us (because calling or registering is too big a step), but people are willing to ask chatbot Anouk these questions. In some cases, this even leads to actual registrations. AI chat has become a priority (something we didn't anticipate at the beginning of this year). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Watermelon?

While there's always room for improvement in anything, new features, a better user experience, and so on, I can't really think of anything I'm dissatisfied with. Besides website integration, we also want to use our AI chatbot Anouk, for WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram. And hopefully, in the future, for answering emails and possibly phone calls as well. It took some puzzling to get him to say the right things, and he didn't always follow the previously mentioned instructions very well, but we've already been helped further in this and it's getting better. Furthermore, we received feedback from users about the thumbs being the wrong way around. It's user friendly. When I began everything was easy explained which made it easy to use. After trying out different programs what I like about Watermelon as well is that you can upload documents, and site maps it reads the correct information when you're training it. What do you like best about Watermelon?

We were able to implement Watermelon's chatbot incredibly quickly — and without needing any in-house IT knowledge! Setting it up was surprisingly simple and intuitive. We now train our chatbot daily, and we can already see it improving. The answers it provides are clear and genuinely helpful to our customers.

Thanks to the chatbot, we’re now available 24/7, which is a huge plus for our customer focus. It allows us to respond more quickly and assist customers at any time of the day.
