Watermelon has a great interface that is easy to learn. I was not part of the birth of our AI agent and the implementation and integration. After a month I started to manage our AI agent as she works 24/7, wich is amazing. Watermelon has several helpfull articles, Chad, there own AI agent is very helpfull and the support team via the e-mail is great. Especially Bram, big shout out for you as you helped us a lot. I think AI is great and what AI can do is amazing. I think we want to quick now as AI and Watermelon is still developing. Sometimes our agent is slow before she comes with an answer. When she crawles new information on the website, it takes time. And how more I work with the agent, how more I wish for some extra insights to review all the chats. It would be great if 'old conversations', could be visible in the interface instead of a csv. Sub tags would also be awesome for the future.
