Where do I start? There is no autosave so if you lose connectivity or accidentally close your window, everything is gone. There is no "undo" button so if you delete something, you have to start all over again. You can't resize photos by dragging; you have to go into a separate area and continually adjust margins to get the right fit/location. Creating blocks isn't easy and it's even harder to get the placement right. Even when you THINK you have it right, it looks wrong when sent or in a preview. Everyone in our office that uses it, hates it. I dread having to send e-mails! Writing in a separate "writing" pane and watching it appear on the viewing pane right beside is annoying; just use one pane/window! I guarantee that no one from "wordfly' actually used this. If they did, they'd know that hubspot, constant contanct, mail chimp or ANY other customer relationship software is better and more user-friendly than Wordfly. BTW, we were forced to used this program because we had to get a new ticketing program, Tessitura, that is EQUALLY horrible and un-user-friendly, and they "sync up" together (they sort-of do... its very annoying to get them to work together).
