The minimum users limit to use and filter data in work insights should be optimized for small teams. Currently, Work Insights only allows you to filter data if there are a minimum of ten users. There are the very useful features as :

1) It is very helpful to take care of buisness needs because it has collaboration with all other google apps and platforms too.

Downsides:

1) Admins can't check an individual employee performance and to get team report minimum team should has member of 10 or greater than that.

Ability to monitor the extent of cloud adoption which in turn enables management to get rid of silos of departments working together. Also, gaining all of the above insights without invading a user's privacy and just showcasing the higher level constucts to the admin is what makes it really good. Individual app level tracking helps in pin pointing most useful apps and drill down of the issue sectors easily to better grasp technical difficulties faced by the user.
