"Helps automate tasks that would steal a lot of time throughout the year."
What do you like best about Workato?

It's very easy to use, even if you're not a programmer. The UI is simple and lets you implement a lot ot things you didn't know you could do for automation in your business. I use it everyday just to make sure every automated task is being done successfully.

Customer support has also been very useful; we have one meeting every month with supporters to help us with our recipes.

Integrations are very easy to manage; almost every time we just need to link it with just a click. In case it's a non vinculated app to workato, we can always use an API.

Implementing workato in our company has been really interesting, and we've learned a lot from it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workato?

Price is a little high, but I think for all the time it helps us reduce on our tasks, it's worth it if your company can allow it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast, flexible iPaaS for real business workflows"
What do you like best about Workato?

The customer support team is exceptional. It’s easy to reach a real person, they understand real-world use cases, and they give concrete fixes and not boilerplate. When I’m stuck, I get quick, knowledgeable help that gets the job moving again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workato?

The Academy and official resources don’t mirror real project complexity. Most examples are simplified and skip topics like large-file batching, multi-stage exception handling, lookup-table strategies, or nuanced HTTP/auth patterns. It’s fine for basics, but when building production pipelines, you quickly outgrow the examples and have to rely on support or trial-and-error. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Workato Makes Complex Automations Easy and Saves Hours Daily"
What do you like best about Workato?

Workato is incredibly intuitive and flexible — it makes automation setup smooth even for complex workflows. The interface is clean and logical, integrations are vast, and the documentation is easy to follow. I use it daily for backend and customer support automations, and it saves hours of manual work.

Ease of Use: Excellent, even for non-developers.

Ease of Implementation: Quick to set up and easy to maintain.

Customer Support: Fast and helpful when you get stuck.

Number of Features & Integrations: Huge — Workato connects with almost everything I need (APIs, Intercom, Slack, SQL, etc.). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workato?

What do you dislike about Workato?

The For Each loop logic needs extra attention — if data mapping is slightly off, the job may fail in the middle of execution, and it’s not always obvious which item caused it since iterations aren’t fully visible in logs. Also, depending on “On Error” settings, the rest of the process might stop entirely. Still, these are minor drawbacks compared to the overall functionality and ease of use.

Ease of Integration: Great overall, just requires accuracy in more complex scenarios. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Workato's flexibility has changed the way we integrate with our customers, never need to say "No""
What do you like best about Workato?

The Recipe Design interface is intuitive and streamlined, making it incredibly easy to build, review, and manage our integrations. We've been impressed with the flexibility of Workato's connection and authentication options, and the extensive library of pre-built connectors has allowed us to seamlessly integrate with every system we've encountered.

In addition, the ability to promote workspaces through distinct DEV, TEST, and PROD environments ensures our deployments are both accurate and reliable. The platform's lifecycle management and the option to export integration sets make it simple and efficient to scale our successful automations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workato?

While Workato offers a vast feature set that we are still exploring, the initial learning curve presented some challenges. Early on, tasks like overhauling a data model were difficult. Although Workato has made significant strides in improving this, the data mapping interface could be further refined. Having to manually expand each individual field in the input panel to see the data structure can be tedious on complex recipes.

Another minor point of friction is the collaborator invitation process. The process can be confusing for new users, and we've had instances where lost email invites created a roadblock to getting them started. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Workato: Powerful Tool Backed by Great Support"
What do you like best about Workato?

What I appreciate most about Workato is its intuitive low-code/no-code interface, which makes it easy to build complex automations across systems—accessible even to non-developers. The platform’s extensive library of pre-built connectors and recipes significantly reduces development time. Features like real-time monitoring, versioning, and robust error-handling contribute to workflow stability and transparency. Additionally, their customer support is responsive and helpful, further enhancing the overall user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workato?

While Workato is a robust automation platform, there are several areas where it could be improved. The error messages tend to be overly generic, which can make troubleshooting more challenging. Additionally, the visual interface becomes cluttered with larger workflows, impacting maintainability. Enhancements such as more granular version control and detailed logging would significantly improve the developer experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Workato Enterprise iPaaS"
What do you like best about Workato?

I absolutely love how Workato has transformed the way our team handles integrations and automations. One of the best features is its user-friendly interface, which allows even those with limited technical expertise to create complex workflows effortlessly. The drag-and-drop functionality, combined with a vast library of pre-built connectors, has significantly reduced the time we spend on manual tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workato?

While Workato is a powerful tool, there are times when the platform can be a bit sluggish, especially when handling very large data sets or complex workflows. Additionally, the pricing can be a bit steep for smaller teams or startups, which might be a barrier for some organizations to fully leverage its capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Review of Workato - Powerful business integration platform"
What do you like best about Workato?

Workato is a robust iPaaS solution that allows you to automate workflows between applications without the need for coding, making it ideal for both business and IT teams thanks to its visual recipe interface and built-in governance. It is highly useful for companies that need to orchestrate processes such as onboarding, marketing, finance, or helpdesk with ready-to-use connectors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workato?

Although it is presented as low-code/no-code, many more advanced integrations require technical knowledge to be configured properly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful automation for GTM systems"
What do you like best about Workato?

Workato makes it possible to connect almost any system and automate complex, multi-step workflows without heavy engineering resources. It’s extremely flexible, with prebuilt connectors and the ability to customize recipes to handle advanced logic. For marketing operations in particular, it saves hundreds of hours by automating repetitive tasks, reducing manual errors, and ensuring data flows smoothly across Salesforce, Marketo, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workato?

The platform has a learning curve, especially when working with more advanced recipes and APIs—it’s not always plug-and-play. Error messages can sometimes be vague, requiring trial and error to troubleshoot. Costs can scale quickly if you’re running high-volume processes, so you need strong governance and monitoring to avoid overages. Finally, managing recipe maintenance across environments (dev, UAT, production) can take careful planning to ensure long-term sustainability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The Automation Engine I Needed to Connect My Apps Reliably and Intelligently"
What do you like best about Workato?

I love Workato's ability to handle both simple integrations and complex, multi-step workflows. The "recipe" builder is intuitive yet incredibly powerful, allowing for conditional logic, loops, and complex data transformations.

The connector library is massive and high-quality. There are connectors for almost every SaaS application we use (Salesforce, NetSuite, Slack, Google Workspace, etc.). The setup is very guided, and I haven't had any authentication or connection issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workato?

While the interface is user-friendly, understanding the Workato logic and its components (triggers, actions, data pills, etc.) can take some time. A novice user might feel a bit overwhelmed at first, though the tutorials and documentation are excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
