We switched to Workshop from Constant Contact when we were having problems with our emails not delivering. We love that Workshop integrates with our Outlook emails, so we know all our employees are receiving our communications. We also communicate with our employees through text, and Workshop makes it easy to send both internal emails and texts simultaneously. The calendar feature makes it easy to see what communications our team has planned. Workshop is constantly innovating, taking customer feedback to heart, and looking for ways to make our experience better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We honestly don't have any cons for Workshop. We do wish that they had an events feature. It would make it great for tracking internal event attendees, sending communication about the event, and follow-up surveys afterward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
