One of best things for me when using xelix is that it can instantly produce an accurate statement reconciliation in seconds combining two different systems . Previosuly i would have to spend time converting PDF's to excel and exporting reports from different systems and do look ups to get an accurate position

Also just in terms of querys and can instantly combine the two systems to get an instant picture.

There are some limitations such as the statement reconciliation template cannot be personalised across entities which means all entities need to use the same template (without Logos etc.) and the mailbox function only works for one mailbox which isn't ideal for a Shared Service Centre. Most helpfull is the potential duplicate flagging on Xelix platform, which reports any potential duplicates accross units, systems and vendors.
