Hona has transformed the way we communicate with clients—it’s streamlined, clear, and professional. What I appreciate most is the visibility it gives our clients into their case progress. In theory communicating with clients via text is more immediate than thru email. However the software sends out text messages based on a status change in MyCase (case management) so newly onboarded clients get bombarded with irrelevant and untimely messages, resulting in more calls.

Hona is intuitive, customizable, and very helpful. It's allowed us to improve and automate client communication. It was easy to implement, and our onboarding specialist made the process smooth and delightful. We are using it daily. It integrates very smoothly with our practice management software. Also, we have a dedicated customer success manager who provides training and support on an ongoing basis.
