Load Balancer support team

The load balancers themselves have worked well, and whenever there are questions on specific functions for some new implementations, their support team is very responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly. There are times when you need to work off-hours and their support team have helped me through these times. I've had to contact them through new load balancer additions, configs on new additions, and most recently upgrades that needed a new cert, each time working with support has made the process flow smoothly and easily.

Simple and powerful

We've used Loadbalancer.org's appliance extensively for TCP load balancing, SSL offloading, and both Layer 4 and Layer 7 load balancing. What stands out is how simple and fast it is to operate. The web interface is clean, and all the essential features are easily accessible without having to dig deep into complex menus. Despite the simplicity, it also supports more advanced configurations for those who need them. We've deployed it in AWS with high availability, and HA has worked flawlessly. Overall, it's been rock solid and reliable in production. Their support is excellent—they reply quickly and are very knowledgeable. We also deployed the appliance via a CloudFormation template in AWS, and the process was very easy. Setup of new virtual services is also very easy. I especially like the clone option, which makes it simple to add new ports based on existing configurations. I also like the logic of how it recognises that the backend server is the same, even across multiple ports, and offers to disable all ports for that backend server—this is very helpful during maintenance.

Load Balancer Enterprise ADC Experience -Reliable, Scalable, and Easy to Manage – Great ADC Solution

We recently implemented Load Balancing (LB) in our platform solution and wanted to share our experience. The Application Delivery Controller (ADC) has greatly enhanced performance consistency, even under high traffic conditions. By efficiently distributing incoming traffic, it has significantly reduced downtime and eliminated bottlenecks across our critical services. The management dashboard is clean and intuitive, making it straightforward to configure load balancing rules, health checks, SSL offloading, and more. The solution has also scaled seamlessly as our traffic increased, supporting both horizontal and vertical scaling with minimal effort. The documentation is thorough, and the support team has been exceptionally responsive. What truly stood out was the level of dedication from their team—they not only provided suggestions and recommendations, but also tested our solution in their own lab environment to offer a tailored fix. This is a level of support and engagement we haven't experienced with any other NLB vendor.
