Perfect for all kinds of events!

I can register people for my events, even if it is 15-20 people. I can use the same meeting pulse session to show the full agenda and open up Q&A. The QR code makes it really easy for us to email access ahead of time, if it is an evening event like a gala dinner we can have driving direction, parking information and other event venue data that we usually would have to send in separate emails. At some of our events we actually use the photo gallery feature to take and share pictures. We also use the raffle to give out prizes and short forms for people to request transportation. It is a pretty good all in one system for managing an event on one platform. Going to try it at our trade shows.

Solid Tool

Reliability. I can turn my attention to the actual conference. The ability to run live polls, Q&A sessions, and surveys has enhanced how we gather feedback and make decisions on the spot. Customer support has been responsive and knowledgeable It’s easy enough for most team members to use without much training. The web access works well and allows participants to join from anywhere without having to download. Overall, it’s a reliable solution for improving feedback

Effortless Engagement for Small Teams

I don’t have a big IT team or tons of time to train people, so the fact that MeetingPulse works instantly in a browser with no downloads is a huge plus. We’ve used it for live polls, Q&A, and feedback during client webinars and internal meetings, and the engagement is next-level.
