Extra metadata about who has seen it etc

Our team has been using Missive daily for two years now to help us manage our customer support emails efficiently. It's easy to set up accounts for different users and assign them to teams. This then makes assigning emails to different teams' inboxes and other users. The rules are also easy to set up and allow us to delegate easily. Missive's support team is always extremely responsive. Integration with GPT and Trello has been nice.
